Came to get a battery replaced. It was under warranty. They gave us no hassle, were very nice and installed it quickly. Excellent service is rare these days. The service we got was excellent today.

Good customer service. Staff is experienced and well knowledged. Don't steer you in the wrong direction like some parts stores. Could have more selections and bigger variety of products.
A Lateone
They have a good selection unfortunately its wasted by terrible customer service. There are two guys that are helpful but the others are a waste of a position. I go in there twice looking for a parts and three "employees" are just standing there bs'ing about something. Never ask to help or what I'm looking for. I wait 3-4 minutes without a word spoken. Thank goodness we have O'Reilly's, NAPA, and By-Pass hardware. If you're not in a hurry it would better to get parts on Amazon than to waste your time with Advance.

They charge batteries for free. However if it's been sitting for a long time there's no guarantee it will hold a charge. They offer free battery testing as well.
