I put in a couple applications for a place. Been told they wouldn't be processed til I viewed the property. Wasted 40bux to drive 3hr round trip just to be told they went with someone else. I called for over 2 weeks to talk to the applications manager and she is always on the phone or not there. And never returns my calls. At this point I'm guessing she is just avoiding me. After they went with someone else I had my application changed to another listing. Which we were again bypassed on. When the aforementioned property became available after 2 months I called to ask about it....I was told I have no applications to their company. Which I know is a lie. As another employee had already told me she had it and printed it out from my email. This listing is again off the market after 2 weeks. Feeling very discriminated against right now. So is it being section 8? Is it my disabled child? Or me being biracial? The llast person I spoke to. Who just answers the phone specifically told me they don't go in order of first come first serve. My kids and I had to leave a violent home, and are living in a pop up camper. We will freeze to death if we do not find a place before winter. I have explained that. I also explained my daughter's disabilities and her specific needs when it comes to a living place. Makes me wonder how they treat their tenants after this.

Called you could tell right away she was in a rush. Then when I asked about the rental her voice got short. To almost rude and irritated. I didn't even go in to set up tour. She stated the listing wasn't hers and I need to call back. Ok then I won't be doing that. No time for people like that.

This rental company does not keep it's word and cannot be trusted. I was told earlier this month that I was first on a showings list after turning in my application. I call a couple weeks later to check on it to find out I never got a call about any showings and it's already been rented. They list false rental prices and leave rentals that are already rented on their site, their communication is extremely poor. Between their site and their CL ads, it gives mixed messages as to whats available and what's not and what the actual price is. The one I applied for said 1 bed 1 bath for 875 but the actual rental price was 1,050. That's not just a mix up, those numbers are nowhere near the same. I called to try and get an answer for why I wasn't even acknowledged to just get hung up on by the lady that answered the phone. I wasn’t rude, didn’t cuss, she just deals with things on her own time apparently like the rest of the company. I had gone to one showing they had for a 2 bed, 1 bath, the employee was 15 mins late to the showing. The duplex didnt have a working fireplace and it had no AC, did they mention that in their ad? Nope! None of this is acceptable what so ever, extremely unprofessional and pathetic when you have multiple people doing one person's job. I urge anyone to look through listings of any other property management for rentals or anything else and don’t waste your time with them.

I told Oat Tree Realtors I was in a position where I needed to find a bigger place they don't seem to be in a hurry to help me at all though I stated it was urgent they seem to want to play the power and control game instead.
