Poor experience with our rental - none of the charging ports in our vehicle worked which was every inconvenient for our 2 days of 8 hour driving, and the brakes shuddered really noticeably especially on highway driving. The vehicle should have been serviced, not rented. Poor customer service - We had a phone call and when we returned the vehicle mentioned both of these issues and were offered a credit to compensate for the inconvenience. It’s been over a week and the credit has still not been applied to our card when the rep assured us it would be the next day. Overall, unimpressed with this experience.

Good experience. I used a debit card, and the deposit wasn't unreasonable; and I got it back within 48 hours of returning the rental. You can't park your vehicle on the premises, which makes it more complicated. Avis a cheaper and you can park your vehicle there, so I will continue to rent from them; but enterprise is a decent backup for when they're sold out.

You'd have to call them directly, but I doubt they will put studs on for you. Buy some cable chains..
They don't make a six passenger car anymore, because the front row has bucket seats. They just have not bothered to show their new building. I have to guess they are too busy renting SUV's and mini-vans to families with many children.
Give them a call and they will let you know what is available. I rented a good sized SUV from them
