I’ve only been a T-mobile customer a little over a month and my account has had a little trouble due to me switching SIM cards out and got them mixed up and got my account out of wack, but this review is about two associates on the west Lexington ave store JASON & JOSHUA there both great assets to this company they went over and beyond to help me understand what went wrong and also to fix it for me, they were polite and never talked down to me and didn’t mind repeating there selves if I didn’t get it the first time, they represent T-mobile with respect and dignity and never leave a customer behind, if you’re in need of service or a device I HIGHLY recommend both JOSHUA & JASON you can’t go wrong either way they will make sure you’re takin care of the proper way.

The employees are very kind I went in there and the costumer service is great. They came up to me I did not have to come up to them. They were truly amazing.(I will definitely go back if I am in town again)

The young man who's name was Jake at the Lexington Ave location was so nice and helpful.. Jake went above and beyond his duties and took the time to figure out how to get my cheap 'ole phone to function again... He is a super asset to the Sprint Phone Family!! ☺️
