Looks like someone is able to delete scathing reviews. Palm Bay store is just the worst. So lazy and unprofessional. 3 different days and let's say probably about FIFTY phone calls, and no one EVER answers. But every time I go in they aren't doing anything. This time I can't go in because I am bedridden due to a severely herniated disc. But I'm trying to let them know that yesterday when they exchanged my phone, the first employee EVER in the last 10 years and 4 service providers I've had, didn't check the memory card slot for me. And now what? All those years of pictures and memories and DOCUMENTS gone because of this lazy horrible employee?? The WORST!!!
