Don't go to the typical mall store...they don't care or have a clue what they are doing. They couldn't figure out it what the reason was why I couldn't receive calls. Went to an actual att store on palm bay road and they helped me way better than this store and now my phone is fixed.

I came in because my Sim card was nit being recognized in my phone. I was assisted quickly and the issue was resolved. After resolving the issue I inquired about a phone upgrade and I was presented with all of my options promptly. I decided to upgrade and they transferred all of my info for me which took time but all of the stuff was so friendly and kept me great company while we waiting for the phone to complete the process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was extremely please with my service and look forward to my next visit.
