I went there because my doctors office has been overwhelmed so I had the blood work written to quest thinking it would be faster. I get there the first time going on my lunch hour and when they get to me they tell me I have to have an appointment. I get it my blunder. Nbd. Next I schedule an appointment that takes 3 weeks to get... I get there the day of and they finally call me up half an hour after my appointment time on my lunch break and then tell me I was supposed to print the order paperwork out on my own and they won't accept a fax. Can I pay them $5 for ink and paper, no. So no I have just wasted 2 lunches one month and am now late to work and going to be in trouble because they didn't tell me the first time. I will tell my doctor I am going to have to wait however long for an appointment at my normal lab because I have never had such an experience. I would rather take a vacation day and just wait in the lab until there is time.

Terrible service. Ever since the staff changed, a few months back, everyone has been inconsistent and doing horrible job at drawing blood and other tests. I had a bunch of tests ordered last week and came in with an appt to get them done like I usually do. The first staff member that I had that day, didn't know what to do and how to help me, the second one that came in to "help the first one," was so incredibly impatient, rude, and didn't do half of what I needed. She didn't even say what she was taking blood for and tried to get me own of there as fast as possible. Everyone, especially that staff member who ended up "helping" me, were talking over me, didn't listen to me, and tried to write off my tests! I wish I could give zero stars for the entire new staff.

Manon, you are a Rock Star. The office was crazy busy and the line never stopped. You were doing front desk with no help. The general public spoke English as a 2nd language and you are constantly patient and kind. Great Job!

I went on Friday, and I wore leather gloves and a scarf over my mouth.,I also bought hand sanitizer with me. So I guess if you do that, that's the answer to your question.
Quest does not offer at home service for routine lab work. Call your health insurance plan to learn what services are available to you.
