This branch is trash. Went in to get some documents printed for a home purchase. Felt like I was pulling teeth. This is the exact reason I got my mortgage elsewhere, Chase used to be a great bank but not anymore. "Customer service" is laughable.

Gone down hill what an experience. We went to the bank to add me to my hubbies account would have talen 5 mins. The lady that aproached us her name was Samona said no more appointments for today. We explained it would take 5 mins. Again she said you can make an appointment if youd like. What would the banks do if we took all our moneybout all of us then what?

I will be closing my accounts with Chase. They treat their customers like criminals . I simply wanted to withdraw my money and they refused to give it to me. I lost a very valuable purchase because they wouldn't give me my money.
