I loved the food it tasted amazing! I really like the kind employees and the service was great. The dinning room just opened back up and I love the service! When we ordered they got our order ready within less then 5 minutes! The only problem about it tho is that the restaurant is not at all clean the floors had loose dirt all over them and the tables were not wiped and the bathroom sink look liked someone had slottered in it. Y'all need to be smart with the cleanness because it could definitely be improved. Everytime else is good tho.

This is the second time my husband and I have ate there and we purchased 2 house salads with Fried Chicken! The service was good and friendly the dining room was very clean! The food on the other hand was not so great! We received our salads and I tasted my fried chicken on my salad and it was luke warm and so was my husband's! I thought that the chicken was to be hot! Apparently while on Vacation in Columbus GA I was spoiled bc when I received my house salad with Fried chicken it was hot and juicy and made my salad truly delicious! The Luke warm chicken wasn't very good on top! I don't know what the difference is in this two places but I don't know if I'll be returning to Zaxby's! I thought I had found a nice place to eat,but can't get behind the Luke warm fried chicken.

They keep the “fast” in fast food. I have yet to sit in a long line for more than 10 minutes. They keep things moving very well, employees are very kind and the food is nice and fresh.

Amazing service! The young woman at the counter was very helpful and very friendly! She even gave my grandmother a senior discount that I didn't even know existed there. The restaurant is very clean. The food was great! Their salads are always very fresh and delicious. This is a great place to eat!
