I love going here to work out. It's clean, friendly & nice workout equipment. Never really that crowded. They even have nice big air conditioned tanning beds. They only qualms I have are that the tanning bulbs isn't very hot. I definitely would recommend going there for the workout.

If you are a member, you can bring a buddy. It's called a buddy pass. I pay $20 a month but if you add someone to your package, they only pay $10 a month.
$10 for the basic that's just at the Madisonville KY location $20 for all locations and access to the tanning beds and massage table $35 for two people $45 for four people
