Disappointing experience. The food was decent, but not up to Cracker Barrel usual standards. Service was slow and the waitress didn't remember our drink orders for refills. Only forks for silverware, had to ask for napkins, the salt was so wet it was a giant clump in the shakers. We tried more than one shaker, same results. Eggs were cold, hash brown casserole was barely warm, and for some reason tasted like cinnamon. The biscuits were good and hot, with the few packs of butter we were given.

I ordered online and it said 25 minutes and was actually 40 minutes. I’m ok with waiting 40 minutes but they should say that. The food was very good however I did not get the dumplings I ordered and paid for with my meal and did not realize until I got home. Next time I will check my bag before I drive away.

Our dining experience was pretty abysmal even for here. To be fair the staff seemed over worked and fresh out of gaf, though they tried to be kind. Dirty table and old food. I don't know how people were eating and we won't be back. The floor was so filthy my foot slid in the dining area.

I ordered beans, greens, and mashed potatoes with gravy. Peach sweet tea. The peach tea wasn't sweet and only had flavor at the very bottom for a couple sips. The beans had no flavor at all I thankfully ordered the chow chow and was able to eat them because of putting that on it. I got to the mashed potatoes and the gravy tasted strange and the mashed potatoes were nearly cold... But that wasn't even the worst of it. The greens smelled and tasted like someone had melted plastic into it. I even had my boyfriend smell it and he agreed. It was stomach turning. All I can recommend is the chow chow, honestly. I threw the rest of it away.
