Ordered from their Maggianos menu and I ordered the baked penne and all I got was penne and tomatoe sauce when the description says Italian sausage and cheese and even shows it in the picture. Also the fettucine noodles in our other dish were hard. This was my second and last try with this place as first time was just as bad. I usually always give places a second chance but clearly no one even tried to care.

Please don't order To Go because they do not double check to see if what you ordered is correct. This has happened multiple times and when I just called the Manager Dawn up, she just acted like she couldn't do anything about it when I have been in customer service 17 years and I know better than that. They do not care what comes out to you and will lie to you over the phone to try and make you feel better. I will be calling corporate up and make a few other calls to get this taken care of. I've given them numerous chances and now it's time to take action and go further!

We will NOT be returning here. Taken to a table, but the floor was so messy with fries and food all over. Actually, the whole area had food all over the floors like a kids party just left. We decided to sit in the bar area instead. Our table and floor was clean. Our waitress was nice. However, our food was another story. We ordered two different salads, Southwest Chicken salad and the Santa Fe Chicken salad, and I swear they looked the same. Maybe that's a corporate issue. Nevertheless, they were sad looking salads. My husband couldn't even eat his chicken, it was so dried out. Mine was supposed to have avocado. It had 3 tiny slices. It was supposed to have cilantro, I found 4 small pieces hidden in the salad. Very disappointed and unimpressed.

I always get the same thing from here. Today it was different. A couple of the honey chipotle chicken tenders I ordered were normal; the others were a gray, sponge-y, unidentifiable mess.
