I was not having the greatest day. Needed a room to rest ! Made reservations 5 minutes before I got there. Check in was a breeze and even though she was on phone with tech support she was extremely nice and helpful!! Keep up the good work! Great place to stay!!

I've stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns. This one is on the older side but is well maintained. I didn't have any issues while staying here. Everything was exactly as I would expect from Hampton. Clean rooms, normal Hampton breakfast. No issues with the room. I'd stay here again.

One of the finer establishments I've been to in a long time. The staff was amazingly friendly. The manager was absolutely amazing. This place is top notch and from all my travels across America and back one of the best I've ever stayed in. Definitely plan to come back!

They didn't honor our room type (queen bed) and the shower didn't work any they refused to move us to another room. When pressed, they said their maintenance person quit. They made me wait at the front desk for several minutes before finally telling me that they wouldn't be moving us to another room. This was after someone came to our room to check on the problem and told us that they would check on another room. That person never came back or followed up. Ice machines are broken on multiple floors, I'd say the place is in rough shape. We didn't want to use the pool but that was closed as well. To top it all off there were ants in our room as well. This hotel definitely has not been updated in quite a while.
