3/24/21 at 11:08 am trying to get food for lunch, never had a problem before from the lady who usually runs the window at this time but someone else was and everyone was waiting 3+ minutes just to get an answer from the person currently. Wasted 20 minutes of my lunch in the line to try to get food to no avail because I waited 3 minutes and by the time I left I wouldn't have had time to eat my lunch in the first place. Idk where the usual nice lady is but whoever was running the window at this specific time needs to have a different position.

So I try to go here and eat and first they didn’t answer the speaker so I thought they was closed then drove around seen four people in there so went back to the speaker nobody answered so I drove to the window had to wait ten mins until they came to the window I asked her if the speaker was working she said yes then I told her I wanted to order food then waited another ten mins to be told there closed because of short staff but you have 4 employees in there don’t look short staffed to me considering it’s night and y’all ain’t busy wow will never go there ever again worst Wendy’s ever

This place is always so slow. Never has fresh food fries always soggy. Needs new management. 30 minute wait for trash service is outrageous

They forget the nugget sauce about 50% of the time. The food is usually good, but lately the crispy chicken tastes like breaded, chicken-flavored, old cardboard. The double stack with cheese is almost always perfect. Usually the fries are good, but sometimes they taste like old oil. On two occasions, I was short a chicken nugget. It's the only drive thru in Lebanon KY that an RV can fit.
