Called the store before going to get a quote on purchasing an item. When we got there the price was over $500 more than what was quoted. Sales person (Megan) was not very knowledgeable and had to call the manager to find out if the item was covered under their warranty. Apparently if you buy it out right it is not. Would never recommend this place.

Having not great credit was no problem here. Good selection of itemsnto choose from. Hopefully helps rebuild my credit.

Everyone here is awesome! They got me a washer and dryer very quick and installed it without a problem. The hookups were in a weird spot but that was no issue for them. Extremely professional and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this location.

How are you going to raise a price on a used couch stupidest thing you can tell a client when that client knows the item and you expect them to pay 2grand more when the item isn’t worth the premium are you people stupid seriously reporting you guys to the bbb you guys have horrible practices never going back to your store hire some real CSA that care about clients and maybe then you’ll make more sales
