I purchased two CR-V's this year with North City Honda for my family. I was asked to write this review, which I am very happy to do so. Prior to purchasing with NCH, I have been to several Honda dealerships in the Chicago area - I knew what I wanted and was prepared to purchase once I felt ready with the dealer. Many dealerships had wonderful facilities and inventory, but what landed me at Honda City Chicago was the customer service and above-and-beyond attitude of Freddy N. When I had a question or a request, the response was not necessarily "yes," but "Let me see what I can do to make this happen" or "Perhaps we can try other options that you'd be happy with." Actually, Freddy mostly agreed to "yes" with many of my requests and worked very well with his team. :-D Reviews are great, but you really should check out North City Honda and ask for Freddy #AskForFreddy. If you are unhappy with a dealerships service and attitude, I would 100% suggest a customer take their business elsewhere. WIth Freddy and North City Honda, I think you'll have an auto-home where you can purchase with confidence and trust and have a place to bring your investment for maintenance for years to come. Hello good afternoon so when I lost my car to my Honda elementary they told me I had to tow my car to them and they need to reprogram your system car computer with set of keys and that will be done within 3 to 4 hours for that service and totally COST IS $250.00
