I was told my car would be ready in about 6 hours, but it took a week. Also, someone stole my battery charger pack.

I saw my car being pulled up as it had been done. And no one came to let me know after more than 30 minutes I stood up to see what was going on and was told that the person had gone home and no one informed me and who knows how long I’ve would’ve waited if I didn’t stand up to ask and the person who eventually did help me they seem to know what they where doing they couldn’t get my papers printed nor did they go over what was recommended for my next visit nor offer any type of apology for having me wait even thought my car was done being serviced. I’m sorry but this terrible customer service I don’t know what happen to the guys that have help me in the past but you need to get them back!
