So today I had the pleasure of speaking with a employee by the name of Angel Sanchez. My friend needed a part and he took time out and even returned a call to my friend to get her the part she was looking for. He was very understanding with good energy. This has been the best customer service I've experienced in a while besides my own, lol. 👍👍. Hold on to Angel auto zone, because today he was truly and angel.😁❤️

Angel Sanchez he is not supposed to work for auto zone. I m regular customer . I everything from auto zone but this treat me the worst.

I was in the store tonight and Angel Sanchez was there to assist me with the troubleshooting of the burned out low beam and then installed it. It was dark out and I really needed a working bulb and he made that happen. His customer service was top notch and had a positive social demeanor. The entire experience was awesome. Thanks Dr. Angel!!!

It gives them a Diagnostic Reading which shows them Diagnostic codes for everything connected electronically. Does not show if parts don't have electrical connection. In other words anything connected through under the hood. Sensors and relays are electronically connected to most parts which tells the Diagnostic reader if there is something wrong in those areas.
Yes we do if you're in Chicago your best bet is the Hub store on Touhy and Rockwell they're one of the biggest AutoZone's in the city they should have what you need
