Seriously the worst dmv. Not 1, but all 3 of my visits to this place are the worse experiences I've had at any state ran facility in this or any other state I've ever lived in. I'd suggest doing anything in your power to avoid this place, but I assume that would be what the people who work in and operate this place would prefer. So instead, I reccomend everyone who has to go to this place to eat a ton of chili, broccoli, and take just over the reccomended amount of bino before arriving. That way by the time you get through standing in line outside and move to standing in line inside, you can show the staff of this place the same respect they give you.

We arrived 3/23/22 about 815am without an appointment. I did try to make one online, but didn't realize the app line doesn't open until 730 am that day. Facility employee showed me how to make an app online with my phone. Also, I forgot some paper work my son needed to get his license. No problem, she said, go get it and come back. We came back and had the most pleasant experience since the 80's. Truly 5 STARS!

We waited over an hour outside in 30° weather and when we came in, worker Marcus was rude and irritable. Which is not appreciated when you're in that much discomfort. That was just thinking get our number and wait another 2.5 hours. They need to make appointment system or something. There's old people waiting outside in this weather. Serving #26-30 for nearly 2 hour. Ridiculous. See photo of the the DMV literally helping NOBODY. They will help maybe 50 people max today. Allen was very nice and helpful but it doesn't outweigh the 4 hour wait...on my daughter's 16th birthday.
