The worst experience ever! Food took 40 min and when I look into the kitchen, no cooks are wearing gloves or washing their hands, be careful people this could be the reason you’re getting sick

This was the nastiest chili’s I’ve ever been to, from where I was seated by the bar I can easily see that no cooks where’s gloves, they use the same dirt towel to wipe literally everything, they never wash their hands when handling food it’s so gross, you might wanna pick a good seat to see if the cooks are not wearing gloves because they were not both times I visited and it will be the last the manager Jeff told me numerous times that my food was on the way, then next thing you notice , it takes 30min for a medium steak

This place flipping blows. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I highly recommend that you go here… if you want to contract covid. The minute you step foot in this place you get hit with a sniff of puke from the bathroom. CHIPS AND SALSA IS MID AT BEST. But over all I woild give a 5/10. The only good thing about this place is how empty it is because no one wants to get food poisoning. If you ever want to get a horrible tasting burger… come to chilis. This place was awful I was placed at a table with nasty trash all over the floor. It took over 45 minutes for someone to take my order and my food was way over cooked . The electronic device placed on the table to order food was broken and dirty . I would definitely not recommend this place and never would I go back the owner or manager of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves
