Apparently this store just opens whenever they feel like it. 11:06 am and still standing outside waiting for them to unlock the door. Been here since 11. Open time on door says 11 am Employee said she won’t be open for another HOUR OR TWO. Comical

You cannot call to place an order so you can give them direct instructions on how to fix your chicken wings. I have tried to do it online a few times and each time my order was wrong. And on my visit earlier this week I wanted to pay with cash ($20) and they told me they didn't have any change. I had to give them exact amount. After getting my 10 wings I wished I had a left the order there and kept my $15.XX 🤨

Terrible experience. My coworkers and I ordered lunch from here today, and all of our fries were old, burnt, and had no seasoning whatsoever. One of my coworkers did not receive the drink she ordered. When we called to complain, the woman had an attitude right off the bat. She said it was our fault we didn't get the drink, and that we could come order new fries if we wanted but it would be at our expense. I'm not going to pay AGAIN to replace an order that they messed up. A very ridiculous experience from start to finish.

The customer service was HORRIBLE. A light skin girl with light brown hair gave me burnt fries. I politely asked for a fresh batch and she snatched my fries then threw them. I asked for the manager and a refund. She was acting disgusting and nasty for the rest of the night while my friends waited in their food. I literally watched her play with people food. Definitely was my first and last time going there.
