When you need a rental car, things have probably gone South and you'll need a quick, easy and AFFORDABLE solution. There's a lot to be said for when you can trust and depend on the local business that rents cars, trucks and more and - THIS is the place you need to be going for all of your vehicle rental needs. The owner and support staff here are some of the most-efficient people I've ever met. They have always had a quick, easy and affordable solution for me, along with suggestions to help save money and - are ALWAYS sure to tell me things that will help save me any potential trouble, time and effort that will eat away at my day and life. We've used them for both longer-term vehicle rental (when seeking out a new vehicle) and for ultra-short rentals and they have exhibited the BEST in the way of service, support and REAL ANSWERS that help take care of my family and our business quickly. Top all of that off with dependable phone answering, solid answers on anything we ask about AND - SMILES! These people get local business and are making a difference in our community. READ THIS BEFORE RENTING FROM HERE! I rented through Costco from this place 3 times over the past year. The first time I booked a full-size SUV (Chevy Tahoe or similar) and they gave me a Dodge Caravan. The lady said that they do not have a full-size SUV and the minivan will give me more space and better mileage than a full-size SUV. The second time I booked a mid-size SUV (Ford Edge or similar) and they ended up giving me a RAV4. And the third time I had booked a mid-size SUV and the lady at the counter gave me a Ford Escape. I saw a Chevy Equinox parked right outside the door. When I asked her if she can give me the Equinox instead of the Escape, she started making excuses like the Equinox needed to go for maintenance and the driver side window does not work. I got into an argument with her to cancel my booking and told her that I will complain to Costco and will never rent from here. After doing something on her computer for a couple of minutes she finally gave me the same Equinox that she said needed to go for maintenance. I will not be renting from here again and have complained in Costco for the same. I would suggest going to the Enterprise location down on highway K instead.

I basically had the same experience as Matt Matt. I am a Hertz gold member but decided to try this location because it was cheaper and closer to my home. I rented the car today at 9 am. The customer representative was deliberately slow. The car interior was filthy and there was evidence that a animal had been in the car. That is the good part!!! The customer representative decided to follow me outside after he gave me keys to rental and harass the person that dropped me off for no reason because she left at the same time that I did in the rental. I was not aware that he had harassed her until she informed me later in the day. The nerve of this guy!! To say I am angry is an understatement

Friendly staff. Asked for better features on my rental and was offered a free upgrade. I was told this location is second largest in the area after the airport. Serving customers from Hannibal Missouri to Collinsville Illinois, so plan ahead and plan for them to be busy. This is a corporate matter they cannot control, but often leads to complaints. Plan ahead, cut them and yourself a break, and just be patient throughout the process. I took this into account and had a good experience. A free upgrade, and it was simple to extend my rental for an extra day last minute with minimal extra charges. I called them, they verified my rental number, I asked to extend 1 day, and she said it was taken care of. That simple. I've rented a lot of cars from a lot of places, and the quality of their vehicles, customer service, and speed of transactions keeps me coming back to Budget. This place is now my closest location, and I would rent from them again. Car Rental Tip: Don't rent from the airport! They may have better pricing and selection at times, but you can't even rent without a return flight ticket. Even if say your traveling through on train. You are also forced to use a credit card with enough credit available to hold the full price of the rental, AS WELL AS a security deposit of around $200-$300

Scott I am just a customer that rented for 2 days. Location is in a Plaza on the main thoroughfare. I left my vehicle there for the entire time and it was fine. Hope this helps.

Do you have a drop off in Springfield,MO?

I really had a very good experience with them and they do have a drop-off facility. Other than that they provided an option by creating an account online and got a discount so that could afford a big SUV in a very good price. Would suggest you to give it a try once.
