Anything but quality should be the name. The bathroom has paint peeling off the wall. The sink is rusted. The temperature inside is hotter than outside and muggy. The lobby smelled like someone spilled gallons of soap that could have been used to clean the rooms. The toilet is not ADA compliant and hard to use. You are charged extra for a "deposit" and can't pay online like other Choice Hotels. And since I have a choice I won't be staying with Choice any longer if they think this brand is acceptable in their family.

This place is unbelievable, I definitely over paid for a overnight stay. Phone in the room was not working, ice machine are ALL down, air conditioning and cooler were not working properly, vent in the bathroom was making a horrible noise, room and sheets had a musty smell, beds are lumpy and in need of new mattress, Wi-Fi password was not in room at reach. I have stood in Quality inns before and this one by far was the worst. Last time I check my family and myself in to a poor facility like this one. They need to step up their game Quality inn should have quality,,,,hanging a nice chandelier in your lobby doesn’t make it quality!!!!

We stayed 1 night and that was more than enough. When we checked in the young girl running the desk was subpar, no greeting of any kind, no information about the stay or charges just total lack of customer service 101 skills. Sadly this is the norm in America anymore. Im not 5 star princess by any stretch of the imagination but our room was dirty! Not just your typical stray hair in the bathroom dirty. I mean DIRTY walls with food and bugs on them, lord knows what on the ceiling, blood stains on the comforter and mold in the AC unit. Outside of all this, it had a great location to where we needed to be the next day.

The staff was nice. Thr showers were great. But the ac in our room didn't work at all. It was only 40ish degrees outside and was uncomfortably warm in the room.
