We would give this a 5 star if they did not steal our money. They charged our card after the employee took our cash. We prefer cash but now he probably just pocketed it. We arrived at 5am after driving through heavy storms for 10hrs to only sleep 4hrs. We are being told that they do not do cash payment at check in and that no cash was given at the time of check in. They said they watched the camera for us but can't tell me what I was wearing. Now that we are on the phone with the hotel they will not do anything but put us on hold. I will be reaching out to corporate headquarters and emailing the CEO as well.

I chose this hotel for my wedding so that my husband and I, the wedding party & any wedding guests could book a room for the night. While the hotel was nice I can not say enough negative things about the staff. We arrived at the hotel I went up to our room while my husband got our bags. Upon exiting the elevator I heard yelling and partying in a room at the end of the hall, not very far from our room. After getting settled in our room, my husband and I had 2 other family members in our room. We received a knock on the door and it was hotel staff telling us they were getting complaints about noise. We explained that it was not us and that it was the room at the end of the hall. A little while later the same staff member came back and with extreme hostility said same thing and said "this is your 2nd warning". Again, we explained it was not us, it was the room at the end of the hall (also DO NOT talk to me like a 2 year old). Come to find out the next day, this same hotel staff member did this same thing to my Aunt's room where it was only her, my mom & my other Aunt. I have never been treated so ignorantly by a hotel. I will never stay there again and will advise anyone I know to never stay there and hopefully they will spread the word as well. I would give this hotel a negative star if I could.

Beautiful hotel. Room and lobby area were clean. Nice breakfast options. Bananas could have been a little less brown, but otherwise excellent.

They don't have a restaurant but there is a great restaurant about a block away. My wife and I walked there. The hotel had a good breakfast
Depends on how booked they are or any hotel for that matter. I would book ahead to assure you get a room. Very nice hotel and good food is right in walking distance as well.
Water was also rather cold for an indoor pool, i also dont think it was 24 hrs open either. Nice hotel though with friendly staff and things to do within walking distance!
