We placed an order over the phone, it included a 2 Lt soda, they were quick to charge our credit card but failed to let us know they were charging us for a product they didn't have. Yes is only a few dollars and it most def wont break me but is the fact that they have the audacity to do this to us every time we place an order & God knows how many other customers they are doing this to. Looks like you been getting away with this because working people like us don't have the time to submit a complaint against your business with the Federal Trade Commission for deceptive business practices. If you do not have the product you simply dont charge for it and if you do you must issue your customers a refund not just a gift card or store credit. I will be disputing the transaction with our bank since you failed to work with me and resolve the problem.

This store was very very clean. Everyone was super friendly the person that stood out the most that went above and beyond was a girl name Mary I think she's a manager. She was amazing helped me with everything. She needs a raise in my opinion. I will be coming back because of her.

Gotta give it to my Domino's team in Wentzville!! They ALWAYS do an amazing job!! The one time I got the wrong pizza, it turned out great because that it now my favorite pizza!! Thanks again for fast Correct orders time and time again P.S. Extravaganza with Alfredo sauce.. A must try!!

5* for excellent service, Christmas Day and these champs are killing it. People are aware it’s a holiday and things will be behind as Domino’a is the only place open!!! As my family is traveling through to visit family this was very welcoming and happy to be treated so well. Keep up the hard work, Merry Christmas to the entire team.

In short YES you can. Call your favorite nearby pizza place and let them know whichhotel you are staying at, and see if they will deliver to it. ... Sometimes the front desk may call you to confirm before sending thedelivery person up to your room. Sometimes you may need to go down to the lobby to get your pizza.
Complaining on this does no good at all. This needs to be said to the shift manager.
All I can say is it doesn't do any good to use this to complain. If you direct your concerns on their website it would do more good. They do take credit/debit cards but not checks. I guess I've been lucky because I've never had a problem with dominoes and I've been in Wentzville longer than them.
