Slow service and very rude customer service! When we wait for 10 min but food is still cold is not ok! If there isn't employees close down

Ordered and paid on the app. Got to the restaurant to pick it up only to find a sign on the door saying they are closed early due to being short staffed. Now I have to go up there tomorrow to try and get my money back. I get being short staffed, but at least update your Google listing to reflect the early closure. Its not hard to do. Please be more courteous to your customers. We work hard for our money too, and don't care to be robbed when we are trying to treat our kids on a Friday night.

Very very slow drive-thru. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line to get my food. There were only 5 cars in front of me. Sooooo slow.

Excellent customer service. Drive-thru speaker is broken so you have to go inside to order. You should definitely get the bacon ranch chicken sandwich but sub it with the spicy chicken 🤤😍 it was sooooo good. Thank y'all for taking good care of us out of towner's.

Contact the restaurant. Good luck with that. They hand off the complaints to the individual store manager who is usually the problem to begin with. Which was my experience when I contacted them.
Have lived in the area (about 2 minutes away) for two years now and they have always been extremely slow. Doesn't matter what time of day or night or how many cars are there takes forever.
