Man I keep hoping that this Popeye’s location will get better. Even when there’s no line the food just either comes out disproportionate for the price or overcooked, and food missing. Unfortunately that was the case today. All 3 strikes. It only got 2 stars because the employee was nice. I know it’s short staffed and what not but man, quality just ain’t meeting these inflated prices either.

8:10 on a Friday night and it is amazing when a store knows they have screwed up so much that their out going message when you call them is "your call cannot be answered nor can a message be left". Wonder if their corporate headquarters will have the same when I call them first thing Monday morning. Seriously; how hard is it to make a chicken sandwich with nothing but lettuce on it? Pretty sure it is a lot easier than making the one I got caked in mayo and pickles! Not to mention the chicken on the sandwich was hard as a rock and the strips like rubber. All that on top of an average wait of 5 to 7 minutes between taking orders at the drive thru is a bit ridiculous. Definitely was not worth the wait to order!

Long line at the Drive Thru & only had breasts left. We ordered too much & it was a ridiculous $$ amount, but the chicken was very good as always! Just seemed like they were either done cooking, getting ready to close or out of supplies at 5:00pm on a Sun(?) Not sure what was going on. Probably would stop again if in the area....

Apparently it doesn't matter what you order, they give you what they feel like. Half the mashed potatoes were missing, my half and half of spicy and mild chicken was 4 spicy and 8 mild. And lastly, a hair right in the cole slaw. If only I would have read the reviews beforehand, we would have saved ourselves the disappointment and went elsewhere. What happened to Popeyes??? They used to be good.
