I’m currently locked INSIDE the pool area behind the office. It’s 8:45pm and raining. The guy who responded to my emergency maintenance call says he doesn’t understand how I could be locked in here AND he doesn’t know what to do.

This apartment complex has a long history of charging renters at move out. We read these warnings when we moved in and knew that there was a risk but being super clean people we decided to take the chance. When we moved out we hired a professional carpet cleaner and paid a move out cleaner just to prevent any possible charges, still we were charged $1,369! We are extremely clean people and take very good care of our home, it’s crazy we were charged like this! Charging to paint the whole apartment? Isn’t that standard to do after a renter moves out?! These apartments charge a premium price but really need a facelift in the older units…just not at the renters expense! Overall very unsatisfied with how the move out was handled. Also, the pool has a very rough bottom that hurts your feet really bad. On a brighter note we love the walking trails and larger trees in the neighborhood but that is the only nice thing we can say.

I’ve been here for a few months now, it’s a nice place very clean and well-kept. All the neighbors are either very quiet or nice. The maintenance crews are excellent, and so are the front office staff. I would give it five stars but the only problem I have is the office closes at 5 PM when 90% of its residents are just getting off of work. So it’s almost impossible to pick up my packages. I would suggest staying open till 600- 630 so people can pick up their mail.

This is a wonderful place to live. The walking path around the lakes and tennis courts is a really nice feature of living here. The property is kept clean and things are kept in good repair. Best apartment I've lived in. It's also fun that the whole staff are dog lovers!
