Omg I waited in the Line 50 minutes an could not pull out because of the traffic to get to the window an they didn’t have my food right an didn’t offer complementary drinks fries or anything for the long wait! Sucks if your starving. They guy looked at me like nothing was wrong at least my food could have been hot an Fresh . The Nerve thumbs down folks on this joint

This is supposed to be an Extreme Sausage with no egg… 1 piece of burnt, old sausage, and 1 piece of cheese. Should be 2 normal sausage patties and 2 pieces of cheese. My husband also go one, but with egg, also only 1 piece of sausage, burnt and old. Not only is this food not edible, it is also missing food. Also waited over 20 mins in a drive thru line with only 2 cars. You’re going to give people food poisoning. This is absolutely disgusting.

Usually when it takes up to an hour I’d be pretty upset, no not this time. The young lady at the window and the black gentleman in the back need a raise!!! They were holding it down at this location Although it took a little longer to get food , I completely understand. They are the only 2 employees that are dedicated to feed ofallon , and lake St. Louis residents. My hats off to you two working there today Not only we’re they short staffed, the food took longer to get, but it was cooked and prepared to my satisfaction Thank you to the 2 workers that were there trying your best today around 3:30-4pm **** give those two a raise ****

Great food and when people are actually there service is usually impeccable! Hopefully they can hire more like the few they do have! Huge shout out to the 2 gents working last night. Didn't get rude, kept a positive attitude even with a big line at 930pm
