I walked in and placed an order. I won't do that again. It took them over an hour to prepare my order. 1 order of hot wings extra crispy and fries. Granted the worker admitted to messing up the first batch, which explained the delay. I appreciate her making a new batch to get it right. It's something about watching customers come and go while you are still waiting on your order. Not a good feeling.

Disgusting inside. Could barely walk because my shoes were sticking to the floor so bad. Every surface was dirty. The store needs a good cleaning. While I was there, there were 10 trays of uncooked fries just sitting on the rack for at least 30 minutes

The employee took my order was clueless about Wingstops products. The restaurant was totally empty (with good reason). I would have been better informed if I'd asked my questions to the paper towel dispenser.

Went in tonight with 3 kids to dine in. It was really busy with door dash/Uber eats orders mostly. The workers stayed consistent and looked very rushed. (They had TONS of orders out the door). The food was good. The wait was a bit long but considering how busy they were, it was justified 100%. The service was overall an 8/10.

I've been to a few WS restaurants and my wings were served to me swimming in oil. Won't go back to the WS!
No they don't deliver.
If the service is bad,google h Headquarters and file a complaint or ask for the owner(franchisees) name and contact the owner,he spent a lot of money for the name he can,t be there 24/7,@ if enough people file complaints,heads will roll.
