Positive: Not much to like. Location? A/C worked in the room (but not in the lobby or hallways). Negative: Remodeling! No A/C in lobby; workers going in and out. 1st room, 3d fl ¿ furniture in hallway, no A/C, door was open, no mattresses! Then we got Rm 221. It had only 1 washcloth, 2 towels. Frig didn't work. Grab n go "breakfast" was a juice & energy bar

If I could give this hotel a 0 star rating, I just definitely would. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The building looks run down and abandoned. The ceiling was falling apart and the room was absolutely disgusting. The cabinets were broken, the bathroom floor was dirty along with the sink area, the carpet was stained, the curtains were broken and there were tiny little bugs all on both sides of the air conditioner. It states that you get hot breakfast but we’re told it’s a grab and go breakfast. Was maybe in the building for a total of 5 minutes and left. Worst experience ever.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. We had 2 rooms booked for 3 nights. 30 minutes before we arrived at our location, they called and told us they didn't have hot water, but they would have it fixed the next day. We decided to stay there anyway, but there was never hot water. The second night we needed a couple extra blankets, so we asked the front desk and they didn't have ANY EXTRA BLANKETS. Not one extra blanket in the entire building. The rooms themselves were not clean. There were no bathroom toiletries, so we suspect that they never had hot water in the first place. The pool was closed. The elevator seemed pretty sketchy. Overall not a good stay at this hotel.

I'm not one to give reviews but I this feel facility deserves it. I will say I wish I would have read other reviews prior to my booking. We have always had good luck with Wyndham Hotels so I did not at the time. This facility is by far the worst hotel I'm ever experienced. When I went to check in, there was a courtesy phone to get someone to the front desk, this took three calls to finally get the individual to come to the front desk. The individual was wearing normal street clothes without any type of identification, but did know the system and I did get checked in, just very unprofessional. When I got to the room the appearance was as many have stated, not clean. The bed linens appeared to be not cleaned from previous use, pillows were yellowed in color. The towels were thin, overused and stained. The floor had stains and the other bed had, what appeared to be bodily fluid stains. The dead bolt for the door would not engage the striker. The shower head leaked around the body of it that with very little water making it to the sprayer portion of the shower head. I cannot confirm but it appeared that black mold was in the ceiling, once again, I cannot confirm that. I wish I could have just asked for a refund but it was late and didn't want to find another place to stay for the night.

Look around at the place! It is cavernous and crumbling!! Not sure how it can be profitable nor how it qualifies as a "Ramada". I stay in Comfort Inn or Country Inn and Suites. In O'fallon or St Peters.
