Mike was great to work with. We came in and already had our car picked out so there was no pressure with sales. When we got to finance the man who went through it with us was phenomenal. He explained to us the added warranties available and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. The entire process went very smoothly and although my husband wasn’t initially happy with the car I was purchasing, by the time we left he was so impressed with the vehicle and the warranty Pappas Toyota offers. Pappas Toyota was recommended by a relative who bought a Tacoma there years ago, and said their maintenance service has been excellent. I first contacted Chris Brower about a new 2021 Toyota Tacoma last spring, but there was a lot of demand for trucks and then our priorities changed, we had to postpone the purchase of a new vehicle. I asked Chris to stay in touch, however, which he did, sending me a message every 2-3 months. When we were finally able to move forward with our purchase months later, I met with Chris and reserved the next incoming 2022 Tacoma with the features we wanted. He was courteous and helpful - he answered all my questions and then kept going by providing lots of additional information. He kept us updated on the status of our order. After the truck was delivered to the dealership, he really went above and beyond to have running boards installed before we picked it up. It was the week between the holidays, but Chris followed through on this so we wouldn't have to make a second trip to have it done. We appreciate the extra effort by the technicians to get it done in time. When I picked up the truck Chris went through all the paperwork for the purchase and the loan, carefully explaining each document before I signed it. The truck was clean and the gas tank was full. Before I drove off the lot Chris went over all the basic controls with me so I could drive home without having to read the manual. Everyone at Pappas was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and painless. We love our new truck and will definitely take it back to Pappas when it needs maintenance.
