Went here on a Saturday night. Very busy put on a waiting list 1hour and 15 minutes. Our server Samantha was great. Kitchen was short staffed, But a great big thank for all the employees that work here. We was told up front about the shortness. It was worth the wait. Family dinners were served hot . Texas Roadhouse when I'll be in the area definitely will return. Thank you for all your hard work. Nancy H.

This has always been one of my favorite places to eat but the bad experiences are becoming as frequent as the good ones. Tonight my pulled pork dinner was about 25% fat as you can see in the photo at the top of my plate. I understand you will get some fat but this was ridiculous. Just wish I could have said something about it in the restaurant but I just feel uncomfortable doing so.

I haven't been here since spring, as that was the third time they messed up something on my to-go order. I came here tonight since I've typically had good experiences when dining in. I sat at the bar because the wait time was about 20-25 min for a table, and it was just me. I had a good experience. The bartender was really good and nice (Lauren or Laura I think), I'd recommend her, hopefully you'll get her when you go. I ordered the prime rib medium rare and sweet potato with the house salad. The salad and prime rib were great, the sweet potato was just a bit overdone. I definitely recommend the prime rib, and I'll order it again...melt in your mouth tender.
