I had to rent a car while my car was being repaired and the service I received was horrible. I ended up getting COVID while I had the rental and I had to manage to find a way to drop off my car while my daughter where really sick and Nick was his name didn't explain any details for the protocall in this situation. When I complained about him to himself he acted like someone else took care of me and offered a discount the next time I rented. I just called to rent a car and he didn't make any notes of the discount so Enterprise wouldn't give me a discount. We will not be renting from Enterprise again!

In a crunch with a scheduled Hertz insurance claim pickup to be told nothing is available to us other than a box truck, this place, state farm and specifically Austin came through amazingly 20 minutes before close on Saturday 04/02. This guy is a Savior. My hats off to Austin and Enterprise for your professional strong work. You are the best.

The best enterprise yet to rent from. The employees customer service is EVERYTHING. They are so polite and strive to get you in the vehicle you want. This location will not let you down!! Also, ask for Jason, he is amazing!!!
