It is all about the details that show how much they care. I brought my dog, Maverick, in for surgery and had a cone already that they could use. The tech noticed there was a sticker on it. It was from my niece and was partially falling off. My niece had given it to Maverick at her birthday party last year. I said if it fell off, it was ok. I picked Mav up that afternoon and they had saved the sticker and taped it down so it would not fall off. I thought that was so thoughtful and showed how much they cared. This is just one of a handful of stories I could tell on how this clinic goes above and beyond! Thank you for caring so much!

Highly recommended! They have such a phenomenal team. Our technician Nicole is beyond the best! Our pups always have a great time with her and Dr. Kinunnen. We also have had a great experience with the reception team. Ariel is so informative on any questions we may have and is very sweet. All in all, the care, treatment, and experience is fantastic. You can tell they truly love what they do. They are on the higher side of cost, but you'll find its worth it all. We had our girl Temperance come in for a reoccuring ear hematoma just a week or 2 after spending $1500 on surgery over in collinville and they were very understanding on helping us get her cared for and keeping us within budget. She's now fully healed and living her best life once again. I cannot rave more about this place. We love taking our babies here!

Very happy with my fur babies' care. Compassionate, caring staff. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

My family recently switched to SVC and couldn't be more pleased. The entire staff has been compassionate, accommodating and wonderful to work with. My cat was a new patient who needed emergency surgery (unbeknownst to us at the time) and they got her in immediately, no hesitation. A couple months later, we called for a short notice appointment for our pup (another new patient) and they got him scheduled right away. They never give the impression they are too busy for their patients and our pup is always very excited to see them!
