Bad customers service. The food was really bad. They did not have, strwos, tostada for the salad, soda was water. Not coming anymore. If the owner of this franchise read this pay atention to the people you have working there.

Food is great and never had a bad item. But the staff is slow and not very friendly. I know it's hard to find people to work but would it kill anyone to day have a good night or thank you when someone says it to you?

Girl with glasses taking order over speaker at drive through was very rude.It was an 8 piece combo. They were put of cole slaw side so I ordered cauliflower rice side and another. When she handed me food, she forgot to give me the drink and had attitude when I asked for it. Then I had to drive back because side of cauliflower rice wasn’t in the bag. I waited until it was prepared and when she brought it out to my car she was rude and then turned around and laughed. Of course I had to throw it away because who knows what’s in it? I don’t know if she’s developmentally disabled, or what…… . Horrible service and not coming back…

The food quality absolutely sucked! Completely dissatisfied. Normally have artificial sweeteners available but claimed, never had it. Specifically, the rice was undercooked and the manager; was unavailable. The "person in charge" absolutely blew me off, as I addressed my concerns. We won't be back. We were also served brown avacado.
