Beautiful campground outside of Vail. Felt tucked away but a close drive. No water (potable or non) and vault toilets (clean!). Gorgeous creek right off of sites.

Gore creek is a fantastic spot right near beautiful Vail. It's pretty quiet considering it's so close to I-70, and the amenities are VERY clean. We've stayed at Gore Creek campground multiple times and have never been disappointed. The camp hosts are always so nice and helpful as well.

Beautiful campground. Our site was spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms were clean. The campground had a trail along the creek that was really cool. The hosts were super friendly. Nearby are two amazing trails - Gore Creek Trail and Booth Falls Trail. Beware it can be 80 degrees in the day and gets down to 40 at night so pack accordingly! Love this place and highly recommend.

No, but the creek is right there if you aren't worried about rapid, rushing, COLD water. 😁
Yes you can go to reservation.gov its $23 a night it gets very busy so sooner the better
