First time we have stayed here. Very clean and spacious 1BR. Very comfortable. Great mattress! Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very nice pool and hot tubs. Shuttle service and the drivers are great. Overall very pleased with this place!

Decent, but dated property. Definitely not worthy of the Marriott brand The heat in my room didn’t work and although prompt, all the maintenance guy did was turn the thermostat to 78 (it should have worked at 70 since the temp was 65). The heater came on for a minute, but turned off…but by then he was gone. I called the front desk, waited an hour, no return maintenance because “he had fixed it”. After being told there were no space heaters or vacant rooms, they finally “found” an unoccupied room. By then I was exhausted from skiing. Needless to say, I should have since the room hit 57 that night. In fairness, they did fix it the next day and put a space heater in, but it should not have been such a hassle (especially given the room price.)

I stayed at the resort with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our suite was very comfortable, and the resort staff was very kind and considerate to us. They made us feel welcome at all times and showed tremendous hospitality. We would love to visit sometime again. We highly recommend this resort.

Stayed for an anniversary getaway. On the far west side of Vail but away from the hustle and bustle of vail village. Staff nice, pretty nice fitness center, an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, plus a steam room and sauna. We stayed in a newer room on the forest side and it was clean, roomy and just great!
