I would post no stars if it let me. Worse experience we have had at a movie theater. First, we stand in line to get out food/drinks. Ordered popcorn, candy, drinks and pretzel bites. Employee says, 3 minutes for the pretzels. Ok no problem. After standing waiting for 10+ minutes for pretzel bites. A different employee asks me what I’m waiting on, I advice pretzel bites. He comes back few minutes later seeing me still standing waiting. Asks the employee that helped us if she put the pretzel bites in. “No I never did” she replied. Doesn’t acknowledge me apologize or a thing. I over heard so I requested my money back as we have already missed most of the previews by this time. He looks at me and says “you haven’t missed the movie it’s fine.” I had to request 3 times for a refund before a manager would assist. Then, we get to our seats and people are in them. Mind you, we bought tickets in advance. The couple refused to move so we had to sit at the very front on the far right side & crank our necks to watch a 2hr and 30 minute movie. Don’t even get me started on the trash bathrooms that smelled like sewer. Complete trash experience not worth the money. We will stay home and rent the movie next time.

Saw the Black ⚫phone end of June 2022 @ AMC theater 🎥 in Springfield, Illinois. Good movie but not so good experience. People were using their phones 📱 to take pics and video 📹 of the movie. Well, that's really distracting to people that are just there to see the movie! People were laughing at scenes that wasn't necessary. It was a suspense movie. People were just being rude , in my opinion.! For a Monday night it was weirdly crowded. The temp in the theater was too warm as well! I got up and told manager 30 min. In to the movie, but they refused to turn down the temp. I'm like what the heck! We paid online in advance which went smoothly. The concessions were too high. My friend got the pretzel bites and were not even hot. Overall not the best experience. Maybe next time will be better! Who knows???

Really nice theater! Friendly staff Comfortable seats that have recliners. Plenty of leg room.

Went in spent over $100 was at the movie on time just to get to the room and be told we couldn’t go to our seats bc they were cleaning…. It was 10 minutes til the movie started…. When I told the worker I can not stand( medical issues) no care in the world. The place was disgusting food everywhere bathrooms a mess. And I’ve worked retail and food with as many workers it should not look like that. Was really disappointed. Never had this issue before.
