The staff is Great ! The breakfast is Great ! Wasn’t as nice and inviting as some of the previous hotels I’ve stayed at . But still a good place to stay .. it was comfortable . Close to restaurants. The only problem we had was resolved in a timely matter . Bring a little more curb appeal to the front entrance to hotel and I feel that would make a huge difference..

Positive: The breakfast. The fitness center looked nice, but I did not use it. The staff were friendly. The pool was great, but I wish there was a heads up it was located in another hotel! Negative: The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor and in the tub. The floor in bathroom and walkway looked as though it had not been mopped in ages.

The room is nice, easy check in, my main problem is when my coworker was checking into the room there were 3 people at the desk, two of which were not helping the girl checking in my coworker but instead were standing there beside her and can hear them talking down on their employees, that is not a good look for a hotel and I myself will never stay here again. As they seemed like management level? Showed true unprofessionalism. The girl who had brown hair and was short was friendly and quick to checking in despite being walk ins. But again, hearing higher level speak down on their employees is not a good look.

Stayed here since Holiday Inn is my favorite hotel and it had good reviews. Not sure if it was just us or what but we were not pleased. Pool is a 5-10 min walk into another building, spoiled milk & yogurt (on two occasions) for breakfast 🤮, rooms weren't the cleanest and just looks like they need a good update, and we had a panel fall off our wall when my husband bumped into it. Beds were also super rough & not comfy. Probably wouldn't stay here again. But the front desk ladies were very sweet though!
