I went through the drive through. I ordered a chicken tostada salad. When I brought it home to eat it I noticed that on the bottom they put burnt chicken. They bury the burnt stuff on the bottom and put all the good stuff on top. The chicken that wasn’t burnt was very dry. I was very disappointed with this particular El Pollo Loco.

This is the worst El pollo loco I have ever tasted. I have gone there more than once and each time I go it’s barely eatable. The chicken is dry sometimes not flavorful I have had dried bits of chicken in my mouth. The food is just not El Pollo Loco standards. It’s a one star for me.

I liked the service the girl at the counter gave me. She was attentive and gracious and also wish me happy Mother's Day. 👩‍🦳 I found a great coupon on my Pollo Loco app and saved $9. The food was good and the best thing was I didn't have to cook for Mother's Day:-)

Went to get a double chicken salad. Had a very small amount of chicken 5 small pieces the Lettuce was hardly green. The bowl you're supposed to be able to break off and eat with the salad tasted very old.
