Good service...until somebody broke into my unit. They didn't have any video of the burglars, they just told me, well...the insurance is going to pay you. These people took over $8k and the insurance pay me only $2k But, how about all my pictures with my family for over 30 years, my videos of my babies, that is priceless. How can the burglars get into the place? No videos, nobody knew nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This facility practices what is a disgusting exploitation of the struggles and hardships of their customers. A persons pictures and legal documents should never be sold. There is no reason for it. My family pictures and legal documents were tossed in a field, left to blow around on to the neighboring properties. I found out partly because my identity was stolen and also thanks to being called by several people that were upset my paperwork was blowing all over their yard. Ruined of course but never the less. I tried to pay the balance owed on my unit. My money was refused. This has negatively impacted my life and it was pointless as the facility received less for the unit from the winning bidder than i had came in with a week prior. Pointless and disgusting. Shame on you rightspace.

We store with right space storage but we are in the older storage units by farmers boys. They say they Will be raising our rates, that's fine, I completely understand that but then we should be given the same hours of access as the main place down the street. As of now, we can't get into our unit on Sundays and every other day they are closed at 530pm. That seems unfair and if we are expected to pay the same, we should be given the same.
