Pulled up at 9:31 p.m. and no one is answering the drive-thru. The internet and the sign on the door says open till 10:00 everyday. I see people walking around inside and they see me but they don't acknowledge me.

This place is so unorganized, the manager needs some training. Staff and crew need some training on GMPs this place is nasty. Manager Erika working the register then working the food pack line without washing hands!!! Line of people complaining about missing items. Crew members can’t seem to work together. Just stay away dirty!!

The restaurant really needs to be cleaned, or an update. Several customers, including ourselves weren't even acknowledge for a while at the counter. The staff member who did help us was asking questions about food we were ordering, and other members would not acknowledge him until he had to raise his voice. The food was very good on the other had.
