I go to this Chili’s frequently & their service and food never fail to impress me! I usually get served by Scotty or Michael and they are both very kind yet humorous gentlemen! They are for sure fast & the food…tastes…so…good! I always leave full and satisfied. I’m not sure about other peoples’ experiences, but I find myself coming back to this location often! I give a lot of credit to the staff and management. Good job guys :)

Run of the mill chili’s, nothing special or out of the ordinary. I will say this location makes there margs strong! Food was good, as always. Service was decent as well. It’s chilis so of course we’ll be back. If you haven’t tried the bacon ranch quesadillas you’re missing out!

I was at the Shorewood, IL location when I experienced the worst dinner I’ve ever had. Starting off we waited 2 hours for our food to come. The food finally came and two items were wrong. My boyfriend ordered chicken fajitas with no butter no seasoning due to allergy’s and after the two hours they brought out steak fajitas with butter and seasoning. At this point my boyfriend didn’t want to eat anymore nor could he. The manager never once came to the table. Our waiter Michael was the only nice thing about the entire thing. Nobody even ate the dinner by the end of it because we lost our appetite.

Won’t go to this location again! Gave us a table that wasn’t cleaned right, the floor underneath our table was gross and clearly noticeable that another customer came up to our table and told us not to tip! Ha! Our waiter was nice, just took forever and it wasn’t even busy. The girl who was taking meals to the tables must hate her job because she had an attitude!! Mind you we were with our 3 & 5 yr old daughters!! 12/04/20
