We were in the market for a handicap vehicle, but we wasn't sure what we needed. We were referred to MobilityWorks by Shepherd Spinal Center, so we called and set up an appointment. One of our problems was we didn't have a way to get to MobiltyWorks unless we paid for transport. Andy in the Doraville location arranged for someone to pick us up. When we arrived, Easton sat down with us to discuss our wishes and concerns. Then Easton showed us some examples of vehicles and allowed us to try the wheelchair in different ones. By doing so, we were able to determine the size of the vehicle that we needed. He also discussed the options that were available for an electric wheelchair to ride in the front passenger section, which was one of our wishes. We were then able to narrow down our selection. Easton then gave us a rental van to use for several days until our car arrived. When our vehicle arrived, Easton delivered it to our home and picked up the rental. I appreciate Andy and Easton for their impeccable customer service!!
