Order food to pick it up, told me to wait for about 45-50 minutes. Ok, so I wait. When I get there and pick up the food after waiting for almost an hour, come home to find they are missing a part of my order. Not only is this the slowest wing stop for miles but seem to forget or mess up orders too much for my liking. I won’t be going back, I’d rather drive an extra 5 minutes to the next one. Plus, I called them and went to a “Automated Hold” for a very long time. When an employee finally picked up all he said was “Wingstop please hold”. So I go from being on hold, to being told to be on hold. There wasn’t a single person in the store when I picked up the food. I honestly don’t understand. Do they not interview the people that work there? Cause it’s literally Wings and Veggie Sticks. 2 things. And I didn’t get veggie sticks. It’s just always ridiculous

Kinda disappointed with the mango habanero wings cause they weren't as spicy as they usually are. Super fast service and can't beat wings!

Unbelievable. Waited in line for over 10 minutes and once it was my turn the guy in the cashier refused to take my order 17 minutes before closing time. After I did a double at the hospital with no break/food and even calling ahead of time I am highly upset at them for not telling me they stop taking orders at 1130pm. I will never be coming back again .

The food takes ALOT longer then the 17 minutes from order. I asked my cashier how much longer after 17 minutes was up and she said another 10 -15. I mentioned I was told 17 minutes from order and ahe said "maybe you should have called you order in" I said "I did and was left on hold for 15 minutes and made it here before anyone picked up the phone" Not only did my food have me 30 minutes into waiting , the staff was rude and the place was filthy and unorganized. Wing stop should be ashamed of this location. Never again
