1- pizzas were not fully cooked (asked for well done even) 2- pizzas were not thin crust (asked for extra thin) 3- pizzas hardly had pizza sauce on them (just wanted a regular amount of sauce) Will never order again. Super disappointed.

I ordered my meal, was charged for brownies, when I got there they had no brownies other then Twix kind my daughter can’t eat the Twix kind so I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn’t do it unless they refunded my whole order, but if I ordered online I didn’t have my credit card with me… they weren’t trying to help at all…. And was rude… will be going else where for now on

Nate was a beast today. While doing doordash i visited this location 5 times today and throughout the day the store was very busy. Nate hospitality and patience with angry guest was on full display today and he conducted himself very well.

Usually this store is pretty shorthand and/or packed. You end up waiting there's nothing hot and ready! Which is fine I have slight patience. Also know there are more people then just myself.. But called in my order, say 1-1:05. It'll be ready, I waited until almost 130,and nothing offered but a sorry, n shrugged shoulders!!?
