I would agree with customers who gave them 1 star or 0 star if it exists. Lazy and useless are two adjectives I would use to describe the people I encountered today there. (Hope not all like them) US Bank either need to remove them ASAP or shut down the whole place to save some operating costs and incur less brand damage like this. It is a total waste of customer time - They always have excuses to turn you away.

I would never suggest this Bank to anyone, as they are always lazy and rude in customer service, except Manager Erik and Maha teller. Very much week in service other emoyees. DON'T RECOMMEND

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They won't credit a payment in to my account, now I have a miss payment and a late fee. I call customer service twice in a week they said I have to go to the bank where I made the payment, I went twice in the same week and they can't to solve the problem yet. I feel very frustrated.

I agree with previous review. They are unethical as well. They ordered a premium access credit line for me without my knowledge. This involved a credit report pull without my approval. Now I have to go through the process to cancel all the cards and clear up my credit history.

Questions & Answers

What happens when a campus card is lost or stolen?

All cardholders need to report a lost or stolen ID card to the school’s card office to deactivate the campus functions and to be issued a new card. If the ID card was linked to their bank account, the cardholder must also report it to U.S. Bank. Cardholders won't be held responsible for any unauthorized purchases as long as the card is reported missing right away, and the school will have no liability for fraudulent use or overdrafts arising from campus card transactions.
