Came here 4:45 pm Saturday night, only about a 15 minute wait which was great....Here's the issue, once seated NO ONE EVER CAME to greet us or take our order. We waited 15 minutes and then decided to leave. We will NOT be back!

Went for the first time being in Naperville for two years. Really nice place and the waiter was super nice. The food looks good however it greatly lacks flavor. My wife is a food scientist so I trust her pallet. The zangers did not have any flavor but it was fresh so that was good. The onion rings also lacked flavor. The Nashville hot chicken was very hot. We took it home and had to add some sweet sauce to finish. I think they can improve the flavor of the food.

The very first time visited Miller's alehouse, it's been over a year since my family and I Dined in a restaurant. So I have some mixed reviews for Millers' ale. Let me start with what I enjoyed. I love the ambiance of the restaurant, it's a nice cozy place to be. The fact that they offer a kids menu & activity sheet depicts how family-friendly this location is. I like their service, the gentleman assisting us was kind too. Coming to the part I wasn't pleased with— The black bean patty burger was dry, missing out on cheese/mustard/mayo, the bun tasted kinda stale to me. Upon notifying the server, got us mayonnaise on the side which I appreciate for he did make an effort to make up for the dry burger. PS: Big thumbs up for their craft beer. I think they could accommodate you because they have plenty of tables out there they could just push them all together. I'm sure you just have to give them enough advance notice.
