Mixed reviews LOVED keyhole and the cave...Absolutely HATED the sand cave trails that were supposed to lead to falls...no falls, marked trails lead to a circle, for a nearly 2 mile trail we got lost and spent two hours trying to get out..exhausted, dying of thirst, scared we weren't going to find out way out before dark. Not one other person on that trail..Absolutely Sucked.

This is a decent spot for camping. Personally I think it would be better for a day trip considering the size of the park. For me there didn't seem like there was a lot to see but there were still great hikes, views, and overlooks. Not many people go here though so our campsite was secluded and pretty spacious. Just watch out for critters! We had to fend off raccoons and skunks in the middle of the night from raiding our campsite haha.

One of my favorite Wisconsin State Parks! Fantastic views! Has a few small caves too.

Are dogs allowed at the park?

Yes, dogs are allowed on all the trails. The six-foot leash rule in my experience is not enforced as long as you don't cause trouble. I was there last month for camping and had my dogs on 16 foot retractable; nobody cared. We also came across a few people with their dogs off leash. But yes, officially six foot leash. The registration staff will tell you so when you get there.
